Exporting an Order | PPS v4.0.28

  1. Once the order has been processed you can export the information on it
  2. Once an order is completed it will identify this with a green completed under status
  3. You can export the order details by press the icon on the right of the status bar 

  4. When you press this icon you will see the following screen

  5. This lists all the fields on the order
  6. If you want to export all these fields press the “export to excel” button
  7. If you want to exclude some of these fields just select the box on the left of the field as shown below

  8. The exported file will appear in the bottom left corner of your screen in Windows 10

  9. This is loaded into your download folder
  10. Click on the arrow on the right of the file name to find the file and move it
