General Tips | PPS v4.0.27
- Change the language to English, Spanish, or French by clicking on the gear icon at the top right-hand side of the screen and hovering over Language Settings. MyProduce will automatically switch to whichever language you click on.
Language Settings - The red outlines around boxes indicate required fields. They will move as you enter more information.
Required Fields marked in red - Although not all fields are required, the more information you input means the traceability of your product will be better. It is best to fill out as much as possible for the best traceability.
- Using the scan gun instead of entering products manually is suggested for the most accurate traceability information. This will allow extra information including lot # to automatically be added instead of the general product GTIN.
- On any page with tables of information, you can click on the column headers to sort by ascending or descending.
Sort columns - For fields where auto generation is on, you may choose to leave it blank and the Pack/Repack Lot will automatically populate the field once the Save button is clicked. If you would like to enter a custom Pack/Repack Lot, fill in the field before the Save button is clicked, otherwise it will become greyed out and uneditable with the auto-generated number.
