How do licenses work in MyProduce? PPS v4.0.28
MyProduce uses concurrent licenses. This means a certain number of users can work with the system at the same time i.e. if you have 5 licenses then you can have 5 users work with the system at the same time. As an administrator of MyProduce you can add as many users as you need as this has no relationship to the number of licenses that you have subscribed to.
For example, you could have 100 users in the system, but only have 5 web licenses, so only 5 users could be logged into a web application at the same time. If another user tries to log in, they will receive a notification informing them that there is not enough licenses left.
The The above image shows the error you see on the web login screen when all the web licenses are currently in use.
If you want to check how many licenses that your system go to the red gear and select the "Manage this account" option and select the business option.
Only the Administrator can access this option
You will see the following screen. In the middle of the display you can see how many licenses you have subscribed to. Remember this is how many users that can log onto the system at the same time.
Disregard device licenses as these do not pertain to PPS
