Manage Shipment | PPS v4.0.28

  1. To access the Manage Shipment tool, go to the Orders tab and find an order with a status of Pending or In Shipping. Press the Edit icon next to the order.

  2. Press the Manage Shipment button at the bottom of the page to bring up the Manage Shipment screen.

  3. You may change the facility, addresses, shipping information, and add or change pallets.

  4. Clicking “Add Pallets” will allow you to add pallets. The order being edited will display at the top with all the line numbers and their information. This screen is configured to work with a scan gun. Simply scan the Pallet ID. The system will check against the line items, shown above the pallet fields.

    Errors will be displayed in case there are too many scanned to ship or products not in the order are scanned.


  5. Clicking “Add Cases” will allow you to add or edit cases and their contents. The order being edited will display at the top with all the line numbers and their information. This screen is configured to work with a scan gun. Simply scan the GTINs or Product ID for products in the order. The system will check against the line items, shown above the case fields.

    Errors will be displayed in case there are too many scanned to ship or products not in the order are scanned.

    If you make a mistake or otherwise wish to remove a case, click the Remove Case button. Then, scan the cases you wish to remove, and they will be removed automatically.
     

    Errors will also be displayed in this popup in case the wrong cases are scanned.
     

  6. Once you edit the shipment as needed, press Update to update the shipment or Complete order to complete it. You may also Print, create a Bill of Lading, or view the Pick List.

  7. If you click Manage Shipment on a Completed order, only the View Pallets, Print and Custom Print options will be available.
