MUST HAVE - How do I set up bulk products? PPS v4.0.51

This option is only available to Administrators and Business Users

Bulk product is the raw product coming in from the field. To receive Bulk products you will need to give them a product ID. 
1. You will see a screen with any bulk product you have made (here we have a lot of bulk products, but the first time you enter this option this will be empty
2. To create a new bulk product select the "new Bulk Product" button

3. You will see the pop up below
4. Select a commodity and variety, these are the ones you have set up in commodity variety option
5. You can either enter a ProductID for this product combination or leave the ProductID blank and the system will create one for you when you press save

6. If you want to make a product with No Variety chose No variety from the variety drop down as seen below
7. You can also make the bulk active or inactive

If you make a product and want to delete you can by using the trash can icon on the right hand side. However, if you have received some bulk for that product type then you can no longer delete the product and you would have to make it inactive instead if you did not want to use any more.
