Importing a customer using a template | PPS v4.0.28

  1. To import a customer you need to go to the customer area in the setup gear

  2. On the left side of the screen is the manage customers option and at the right is the import option

  3. Select the customer template that you want to use

  4. Then choose the file that you want to import
  5. The file will be checked and if there is an error this will be checked

  6. You will have to fix this issue in the file before you progress

  7. Once you have selected the file and it has no errors simply press the import customers
  8. You will see a green pop-up appear to say that your customers where imported correctly
  9. You will also see your customer in the list as seen below
